Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups milk
4 eggs
2 tsp sugar
4 Tbsp melted butter/margarine
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
Grease 9x13 baking dish/pan well
Beat eggs until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients & beat well
Pour into baking dish
Bake for 30 min., but check at 25 min.
Two Ways to Serve:
1. syrup & butter
2. butter, powdered sugar, lemon juice (lightly dripped over your piece). Weird, but it tastes GOOD!!!! I dare you to try it :-)
History of the recipe:
Jayna recieved this from her mother, who received it when visiting a missionary to the Solomon Islands in 1979. It could also be known as "Finnish Panna'ka'qua"

I'm so glad you posted this! This should come in handy since I might actually have a chance to eat the pancakes with my family. Usually when I make pancakes, the boys eat them faster than I can make them...so I'm usually the last one to sit down.
I can't wait to give it a try! Love,
Erica
